Fast Fitness ANU

A group of ANU students conducted a survey to find the common barriers people face that prevent them from engaging in an active lifestyle. The most common barrier from this survey was time followed by cost.

So we decided to bring together resources that people can utilise to overcome these barriers. In this website, we have compiled a list of programs and activities that offer cheap and quick programs and activities for people to engage in. These can be done at home, in the gym, with friends or even in your workplace. The workouts and activities range from 10 min - 1 hour +. Some of these are free whilst others are relatively cheaper compared to gym memberships.

People can choose to do short workouts every day or longer workouts every few days. This will allow people to incorporate some form of planned physical activity in their everyday lives and live a healthier life.
